david has been in the lending industry for over 6 years.  he started first Midwest financial in January 2005.  the company has grown in leaps and bounds over the last three years. 

he believes in helping customers like he would help his own family.  he has a degree in business administration and finance from the university of texas at dallas. 

"my goal in starting first midwest financial is to help those customers in need of a mortgage.  I have found that working with other companies in this industry it's all about how much they could make off of the customer.  my business isn't so.  I believe in helping customers to get a loan the most affordable way possible.  we guarantee our closing costs and rate to never change.  we will also match other companies' closing fees and rates, and take it one step further, we'll even beat their closing costs and rate.  that's our promise to you!"
